Our
Senior Pastor

Biography of Bruce Chambers
Pastor Bruce's ministry began as a young boy accompanying his family in revival crusades throughout the South. At age 18, he joined his older brother Doug and traveled across the nation preaching and singing wherever opportunity arose.
God used those early efforts as a launching pad for further ministry to the body of Christ, and in 1972 he took up residence in Texas and enrolled at Southwestern University. Here he earned his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Christian Ministry and as a bonus met his wife, Pam. Together with his new bride, he moved to Oklahoma City where he accepted an associate pastor position. While in Oklahoma he grew in his ministry. He developed a Christian education
curriculum, learned the ins / outs of church work, and with a small handful of volunteers, organized a bus ministry that reached multiplied hundreds.
Sensing God's call back to evangelism, he resigned his position and resumed his traveling ministry. God was with him as evidenced by the countless salvation decisions, miracles and miraculous healings that
occurred. His travels have taken him across the United States, Russia, Sri Lanka, India and Haiti to proclaim the uncompromising message of faith in Christ Jesus.
In 1982 they relocated to the Denver area and he began serving as Senior Pastor of Hope Tabernacle in Lakewood, Colorado. God blessed his ministry at Hope especially with the youth. From the humble beginnings of just three teens, within months it exploded to upwards of one hundred. Seeing the phenomenal influx of "new lives" being birthed into the kingdom inspired him to adopt a new vision for the church, so to reflect that change, he renamed it "New Life Center".
During this time Pastors Bruce and Pam began hosting the local "Praise the Lord" television program, and also made numerous appearances as featured guests. Together they continued to be involved in the media, occasionally serving as hosts for Daystar's "Denver Celebration".
Finally in 2000, upon the retirement of his father, Rev. Charles Chambers, he accepted his current position as Senior Pastor of Faith Tabernacle World Outreach in northeast Aurora. Soon the church outgrew its facilities, and in the summer of 2005 he changed the name to Faith Family Worship Center - moving it to the community of Green Valley Ranch.
